Job Purpose: Head of Asset, Utilities & SEZ oversees asset management, utility services, and SEZ operations, ensuring maintenance, optimization, and efficient use to meet the company's operational and financial objectives. Responsibilities include asset management planning, reliable utility service delivery, regulatory compliance, stakeholder coordination for asset and utility performance, and driving efficiencies to reduce costs and foster sustainable growth.

Education Qualifications:

BE/B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical) or equivalent

Work Experience:

20 Years + experience in asset management, utilities, or SEZ operations, with a proven track record in leadership roles.

Strategic Asset Management:

Develop and execute strategies for asset management to enhance performance, focusing on efficient maintenance, upgrades, and data-driven sustainability.

Utilities and Infrastructure Efficiency:

Manage port utilities to deliver reliable and cost-effective electricity, water, and waste services, while promoting consumption efficiency and sustainability.

Special Economic Zone (SEZ) Leadership:

Lead the port's SEZ strategy and operations to attract investment and drive development, collaborating with stakeholders for a competitive and regulatory-compliant zone.

Utilities Operations Management:

Ensure the reliable and economical provision of utilities, negotiate service contracts and sustainability measures in compliance with environmental and regulatory standards.

Revenue:

Drive annual revenue targets with available resources

Risk Management:

Lead the creation of detailed risk assessment reports and implement mitigation strategies.

Regulatory Compliance and Sustainability:

Direct activities to ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety regulations across assets and utilities, while advancing sustainable practices and adapting to regulatory changes.

Brand Positioning:

Uphold Adani's brand values in all interactions and build strong relationships to fortify brand trust and loyalty.

Digital Mindset:

Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness.

Team Development:

Promote a respectful and safe workplace, lead collaborative and productive teams, and mentor for growth and success.
