About the Role
Pavago is hiring on behalf of one of its clients and is seeking a highly analytical and performance-driven LinkedIn Ads Specialist to manage and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns across a portfolio of 10-15 client accounts.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced agency or multi-account environments and understands how to generate measurable B2B marketing results through LinkedIn's advertising ecosystem. You will be responsible for campaign strategy, execution, optimization, reporting, and client communication while ensuring each campaign aligns with business objectives and performance KPIs.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking with hands-on campaign execution and continuously looks for ways to improve performance, lead quality, and return on ad spend.
What You'll Own
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Build, launch, and manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts
Develop audience targeting strategies based on ICPs, buyer personas, industries, and funnel stages
Conduct market and competitor research to improve campaign positioning and messaging
Create and test multiple campaign formats, creatives, and ad variations
Optimize campaign structures to improve lead generation and overall performance
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
Monitor daily campaign performance across all active client accounts
Analyze campaign metrics including CPL, CTR, ROAS, conversion rates, and engagement trends
Optimize bidding strategies, audience targeting, budgets, placements, and creatives
Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
Identify trends, insights, and scaling opportunities through data analysis
Reporting & Analytics
Prepare weekly and monthly client performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
Translate campaign data into actionable business recommendations for clients
Track and report on lead quality, pipeline contribution, and campaign ROI
Maintain organized reporting dashboards and campaign documentation
Client Communication & Collaboration
Collaborate directly with clients to understand goals, expectations, budgets, and KPIs
Present campaign performance updates and strategic recommendations professionally
Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and accountability
Coordinate internally with creative, copy, and strategy teams where needed
Industry Knowledge & Continuous Improvement
Stay up to date with LinkedIn advertising updates, platform features, and best practices
Research new targeting approaches, ad formats, and campaign strategies
Recommend innovative ideas and performance improvements across client accounts
Continuously refine campaign workflows and optimization processes

Required Experience & Skills
Proven experience managing and optimizing LinkedIn Ads campaigns
Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
Experience managing multiple accounts or client portfolios simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Experience optimizing campaigns for lead generation and B2B performance metrics
Preferred Experience
2+ years of experience in digital advertising with a strong LinkedIn Ads focus
Agency or client-facing account management experience
Familiarity with additional advertising platforms such as Meta Ads or Google Ads
Experience working with B2B, SaaS, or professional services companies
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred but not required)

A LinkedIn Ads Specialist's day revolves around campaign optimization, analysis, and client communication. You will:
Review campaign performance across multiple client accounts
Adjust targeting, bids, creatives, and budgets based on performance data
Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to refine strategies
Prepare performance reports with recommendations and optimization plans
Communicate campaign updates and strategic insights to clients
Stay current with LinkedIn advertising features and industry best practices
