About the Role

As a Financial Operations Systems Lead, you will provide functional leadership across the finance systems portfolio, ensuring stable operations and a strong delivery pipeline of improvements. You will own stakeholder alignment, roadmap execution, and operating model excellence across support, controls, data governance, and change delivery-driving measurable outcomes for Finance Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the finance systems operating model: support performance, incident/problem management, change governance, and release readiness.
• Own the functional roadmap for priority domains, aligning stakeholders, sequencing delivery, and ensuring benefits realisation.
• Drive cross-functional delivery of complex initiatives (transformations, integrations, global rollouts) ensuring strong controls and compliance.
• Establish governance for data quality and master data, including ownership, monitoring, and remediation mechanisms.
• Lead, coach, and develop the team; set standards for quality, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Be point between team and senior leadership both withing Financial Operations systems and

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field (advanced degree a plus).
• 7+ years of experience across finance systems, process transformation, and/or product ownership in an enterprise environment.
• Strong leadership capability, including coaching, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving governance.
• Deep understanding of finance controls, risk management, and change delivery best practices.
