  • Prepare PQA measurements and reports based on requirements received from the Sales team, including UPS capacity sizing inputs from the Product department.
  • Manage and ensure the successful delivery of 3-phase UPS projects.
  • Understand project scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables to ensure effective project execution.
  • Conduct site surveys to assess project requirements and readiness.
  • Coordinate and participate in consultant meetings to support project planning and execution.
  • Liaise with customers and subcontractors for site coordination, equipment delivery, and service planning.
  • Coordinate with the back-office team to prepare project-related documents, including project drawings, test specifications, and work method statements as per site requirements.
  • Coordinate project logistics requirements with the back-office team to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure completion within agreed timelines and deadlines.
  • Facilitate coordination between Expert Services and project development teams for smooth project execution.
  • Ensure smooth handover of the site from project execution stage to commissioning stage.
  • Maintain an updated service database and report deficiencies in a timely manner.
  • Maintain records of clients, meetings, project updates, and outcomes.
  • Undertake occasional interstate travel as required for project execution and coordination.
  • Use AutoCAD knowledge to update and modify project drawings as required.
