Business Analyst

Job Description:The Analyst will work as part of the team dedicated to ensuring that we are maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the system based on the various user group needs. We are seeking someone with great communication skills and learning desire, who is ready to jump right in, Who is skilled at interface directly with internal fields systems team to understand their needs in order to administer and enhance the system and document the changes. Additionally, the candidate must have a service and sales mindset and a passion for learning, working with and evangelizing Dynamics technology. Also, few hours overlap with US teams is required on daily basis Basic Qualifications Microsoft Certifications 3+ years Dynamics Configuration6+ years' experience working with technical teams and serving as a translator between business and technical jargon Experience in 2 or more full lifecycle Dynamics implementations3+ years' experience supporting and developing solutions for a company with a large field sales or service team 3+ years' experience developing use cases or writing user stories3+ years' experience with a formal project management methodology or framework (e.g., ADM, Agile or Scrum) Ability to translate between business process language and technical jargonAbility to identify, track, communicate, and resolve dependencies and risks during requirements gathering and the development cycleAbility to break complex business needs down into clear technical and data requirementsDynamics configuration skills (forms, views, apps, workflows, etc.) and understanding of Dynamics solutionsClear written and spoken communication skillsAbility to collaborate effectively with business and technical resources to resolve confusion or discrepancies and negotiate the scope of product changesAbility to create thorough end user documentationUnderstanding of complexity, risks, and user experience to determine the best way to incorporate new requirements into a complex existing solutionAbility to meet deadlines according to an Agile sprint cycleAttention to detail and ability to multitaskAbility to create user and data flowsPreferred Qualifications Certified Salesforce Expert with multiple relevant certifications BA or Technical DegreeRelevant College education Consulting experience a plus
