About The Job:
- Exp: 8+ yrs
Essential Job Functions:
- Own and deliver end to end application features using VB.NET and .NET Framework / .NET.
- Work directly with business users and product stakeholders to understand requirements and propose technical solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs, estimates, and implementation plans.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain VB.NET applications (desktop / web / services as applicable).
- Perform code reviews, refactoring, and performance tuning to ensure quality and maintainability.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams (QA, Support, Infra, DB) to ensure smooth releases.
- Debug production issues and provide root cause analysis and permanent fixes.
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure adherence to coding and security standards.
- Act as a go to individual contributor for complex problem solving and feature ownership.
Qualifications:
- Strong hands on experience with VB.NET and .NET Framework / .NET.
- Solid experience with SQL Server, including queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
- Experience with ASP.NET / Windows Services / Desktop applications (based on project needs).
- Strong understanding of Object Oriented Programming (OOP) and design principles.
- Experience working in enterprise applications with production support exposure.
- Ability to independently drive work with minimal guidance..
