THE ROLE
We're looking for a Graphic Designer with 2+ years of experience to join our in-house creative team. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our art directors, strategists, and account team to deliver knock-out work across branding, social media, print, outdoor, and digital campaigns.
This role is for someone who treats every brief like a fight worth winning — conceptually sharp, technically tight, and relentlessly detail-obsessed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
%A0; Conceptualise and execute design across branding, logos, social media creatives, marketing collateral, print, and outdoor.
%A0; Develop and extend brand identity systems — logos, typography, colour palettes, and visual guidelines.
%A0; Design on-brand creatives for client campaigns, ad creatives, pitch decks, and presentations.
%A0; Carry out high-quality image editing, retouching, and compositing for product and lifestyle visuals.
%A0; Collaborate closely with copywriters, account managers, motion designers, and developers to deliver cohesive creative output.
%A0; Present and rationalise design choices in internal reviews and incorporate feedback from senior creatives and clients.
%A0; Stay current with design trends, tools, and platform best practices, especially for social and digital.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
%A0; Graphic Design & Branding — demonstrated strength across graphics, logo design, and brand identity work.
%A0; Image Editing — advanced retouching, masking, colour correction, and compositing.
%A0; Adobe Creative Suite — proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Coral draw
%A0; Design Fundamentals — strong command of typography, colour theory, composition, and layout principles.
%A0; Web & Responsive Design — familiar with web design principles and responsive design practices.
%A0; Portfolio — a strong, current portfolio that demonstrates range, craft, and conceptual thinking.
%A0; Trend Awareness — active knowledge of contemporary design principles and visual trends.
%A0; Communication & Collaboration — excellent verbal and written communication; works well across teams and with clients.
%A0; Organisation — strong organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines effectively.
%A0; Multi-tasking — comfortable juggling multiple projects under tight timelines without dropping quality.
QUALIFICATIONS
%A0; Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
%A0; Minimum 2 years of professional experience in graphic design — agency experience preferred.
%A0; A portfolio link (Behance, Dribbble, website, or PDF) is mandatory with the application.
NICE TO HAVE
%A0; Exposure to motion graphics (After Effects / CapCut) or AI-assisted design tools.
%A0; Working knowledge of Figma for web and UI/UX design.
%A0; Experience designing for social-first formats and short-form content.
%A0; Illustration ability or hand-lettering skills.
