About the role

Lead the Design and Transformation of business processes for AI-enabled operations, while driving enterprise-wide adoption through structured change management, governance, and project delivery excellence.

This role blends Process Excellence, Change Management, and Project Leadership to ensure effective implementation and scaling of AI-driven workflows.

What will you do?

Process Design & Transformation

  • Design and optimize business workflows for AI-assisted and human-in-the-loop operations
  • Develop end-to-end operating models, aligning people, process, and technology
  • Create and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and flowcharts
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency improvement, cost optimization, and automation
  • Assess current AI workflows and recommend the most effective processes tailored to the business/project requirement.

AI Operations & Workflow Enablement

  • Define AI-integrated workflows ensuring seamless interaction between automation and human decision-making
  • Support design and validation of AI use cases, UAT cycles, and operational readiness
  • Collaborate with tech, data, and business teams to align AI capabilities with business needs

Governance & Controls

  • Establish governance frameworks, controls, and compliance standards for AI-enabled processes
  • Ensure adherence to operational, regulatory, and quality standards
  • Maintain structured documentation, audit trails, and reporting mechanisms

Project & Change Management

  • Lead end-to-end project execution including planning, timelines, risks, and stakeholder coordination
  • Translate business requirements into actionable plans, user stories, and deliverables
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely and successful delivery
  • Identify risks, manage escalations, and ensure smooth execution across milestones

Adoption & Training

  • Drive change management and user adoption strategies for AI-led transformations
  • Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) and design structured training programs
  • Lead communication, onboarding, and capability-building initiatives
  • Monitor user engagement, feedback, and adoption metrics

Continuous Improvement & Impact Tracking

  • Track process performance, adoption rates, and operational KPIs
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Leverage data insights to refine processes and enhance AI utilization.

What will you need?

Must have skills

  • Proven experience in process re-engineering, workflow optimization, and large-scale transformations
  • Exposure to AI, automation, digital transformation, or MarTech ecosystems preferred
  • Strong process design and documentation skills (SOPs, flowcharts, governance)
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Analytical thinking with problem-solving orientation
  • Experience in change management and adoption initiatives

Good to have skills

  • Exposure to AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, automation platforms)
  • Lean Six Sigma / Agile certifications
  • Experience with dashboarding/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Experience in global delivery or shared services environments.
