Technical Stack

  • Advanced proficiency in cloud AI platforms (Vertex AI, SageMaker, or Databricks); expertise in MLOps frameworks and LLM orchestration
  • Skilled in Tableau or Power BI for automated reporting and insights


Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in Data Science/Analytics
  • 3+ years of proven experience in a managerial or people-leadership role, managing multiple direct reports or sub-teams

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of advanced data science models
  • Act as a bridge between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring high-quality solution delivery
  • Mentor junior scientists on coding standards, experimental design, and model ethics
  • Audit data quality and process integrity across the entire modelling lifecycle
  • Mentor and guide junior data scientist
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in data science
  • Establish the CI/CD pipelines for machine learning, automating the transition from research to production.
