Technical Stack
- Advanced proficiency in cloud AI platforms (Vertex AI, SageMaker, or Databricks); expertise in MLOps frameworks and LLM orchestration
- Skilled in Tableau or Power BI for automated reporting and insights
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Data Science/Analytics
- 3+ years of proven experience in a managerial or people-leadership role, managing multiple direct reports or sub-teams
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of advanced data science models
- Act as a bridge between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring high-quality solution delivery
- Mentor junior scientists on coding standards, experimental design, and model ethics
- Audit data quality and process integrity across the entire modelling lifecycle
- Mentor and guide junior data scientist
- Stay updated with the latest trends in data science
- Establish the CI/CD pipelines for machine learning, automating the transition from research to production.
