• Role Description The Social Media Content Creator is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms, aligned with Roovi’s brand voice and design philosophy.
• Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, shooting and editing photos and short videos, writing captions and social copy, and collaborating with design and marketing teams to showcase new collections and campaigns.
• The Social Media Content Creator will monitor trends, engage with followers through comments and messages, and report on performance metrics to refine content strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong social media content creation skills, including photography, short-form video creation (Reels, Stories), and basic editing.
• Ability to write clear, engaging, and brand-aligned copy for captions, posts, and campaigns.
• Familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.) and current social media trends.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and the ability to draw insights to improve content performance.
• Creative mindset with a strong visual sense, especially in fashion, lifestyle, or design-focused brands.
• Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams and working on-site to capture real-time content.
• Strong organizational skills, including managing content calendars and meeting deadlines.
• Relevant education in marketing, communications, design, media, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Prior experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing for consumer brands is an advantage.
