We are looking for a Junior SAP PP Consultant with 3–5 years of experience to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
• Understand and document quality inspection processes for raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.
• Analyze QM master data including Inspection Types, Inspection Plans, MICs, Sampling Procedures, Catalogs, and Selected Sets.
• Support Inspection Lot creation, Result Recording, Defect Recording, Usage Decisions, and Stock Posting.
• Validate PP-QM integration, including Inspection Types 03 and 04.
• Support quality notifications, rejection processing, rework management, blocked stock handling, and inspection reporting.
• Prepare QM process flows, test scripts, and demo scenarios.
• Work with SAP S/4HANA Fiori applications relevant to Quality Management.
• Support validation of Fiori roles, catalogs, tiles, and business process access.
• Coordinate with technical teams on reports, enhancements, forms, and interfaces.
Required Skills
• 3–5 years of SAP QM experience.
• Strong understanding of SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA quality management processes.
• Hands-on experience with inspection lots, inspection plans, MICs, result recording, usage decisions, and stock postings.
• Understanding of integration between QM, PP, MM, FI/CO, SD, and warehouse processes.
• Ability to prepare process documentation, test scripts, issue logs, and demo scenarios.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good to Have
• SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, or support experience.
• Experience with Fiori applications.
• Basic understanding of CDS Views and Embedded Analytics.
• Exposure to custom developments, interfaces, forms, and enhancements.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, metal, fabrication, industrial, or plant-based industries.
• Knowledge of batch management, quality certificates, labels, MES/LIMS interfaces, or barcode integration.
