Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Operations Coordinator role based in Bengaluru. The Operations Coordinator will support day-to-day operational activities, including scheduling, documentation, and coordination across engineering, consulting, pre-sales, sales, and support teams. Responsibilities include organizing meetings, tracking project progress, maintaining operational records, and ensuring smooth communication between internal stakeholders and clients. The Operations Coordinator will also help improve internal processes, support compliance-related activities, and collaborate with leadership on operational priorities.

Qualifications
- Strong operations management skills to coordinate activities, track tasks, and support projects.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with internal teams and external clients.
- Solid analytical skills to interpret data, identify issues, and support operational decision-making.
- Proficiency in admin tasks, including scheduling, documentation, record-keeping, and basic reporting.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity, IT services, or technology environments is an advantage.
- Experience with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, collaboration platforms) and willingness to learn new systems.
- Proven ability to prioritize, organize work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations, management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Growth Pathway:
This is a gateway role. Within 12-18 months of demonstrating great performance, you can seamlessly transition into deep-track paths like HR Operations Manager, Talent Acquisition Lead, or Sales / Pre-sales Lead etc.
