Manager / Assistant Manager – Content & Brand Marketing

About the Role
We are looking for a creative storyteller and content-driven marketer who can build compelling narratives around Ozone's Doors, Windows, Facades, Architectural Hardware, and Smart Living solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content strategy, copywriting, brand communication, creative development, and digital content marketing. This role will be responsible for transforming technical product features into engaging customer-centric stories that strengthen brand perception, drive engagement, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Storytelling & Communication
- Develop and execute content and communication strategies across Ozone product categories.
- Build compelling brand narratives that communicate innovation, design, performance, and customer value.
- Translate technical product features into easy-to-understand customer benefits.
- Create and maintain messaging frameworks for campaigns, product launches, websites, catalogues, social media, exhibitions, and sales collateral.
- Ensure consistency of brand voice across all customer touchpoints.
Content Strategy & Creation
- Develop content plans aligned with marketing and business objectives.
- Create and oversee content across:
- Social Media
- Websites & Landing Pages
- Product Launches
- Catalogues & Brochures
- Videos & Reels
- Email Marketing
- Dealer & Channel Communication
- Trade Marketing Collaterals
- Exhibition & Event Communication
- Produce both long-form and short-form content tailored to different audiences.
Creative Development
- Conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns for product launches, exhibitions, dealer engagement programs, and digital platforms.
- Develop campaign concepts, taglines, scripts, content pillars, and creative briefs.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, agencies, and production partners to create impactful content.
- Lead content ideation and creative brainstorming sessions.
Digital & Social Media Marketing
- Drive content-led audience engagement across digital platforms.
- Develop content calendars and platform-specific content strategies.
- Monitor content performance and audience engagement metrics.
- Identify emerging content trends, formats, and storytelling opportunities.
- Support lead generation campaigns through content assets and marketing automation initiatives.
Product & Category Branding
- Work closely with Product, Sales, and Category teams to understand business priorities.
- Support category positioning and differentiation strategies.
- Develop communication assets that strengthen product launches and market adoption.
- Create compelling stories around design, innovation, safety, functionality, and customer experience.
Agency & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with creative agencies, freelancers, photographers, videographers, and content partners.
- Manage content production timelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams.
