We are looking for a Junior SAP PP Consultant with 3–5 years of experience to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
• Understand and document plant-level production processes.
• Analyze PP master data including Material Master, BOM, Routing, Work Center, and Production Version.
• Support MRP, Planned Orders, Production Orders, Confirmations, Goods Issue (GI), and Goods Receipt (GR) processes.
• Validate the complete production order lifecycle including order creation, release, confirmation, GR, TECO, and reporting.
• Support business users during production planning and shop floor process discussions.
• Prepare process flows, test scripts, training materials, and demo documents.
• Analyze and resolve issues related to BOM explosion, routing selection, production versions, confirmations, and goods movements.
• Work with SAP S/4HANA Fiori applications related to Production Planning.
• Support validation of Fiori roles, catalogs, tiles, and business process access.
Required Skills
• 3–5 years of SAP PP experience.
• Strong understanding of SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA manufacturing processes.
• Hands-on experience with PP master data and production order processing.
• Understanding of PP integration with MM, QM, FI/CO, SD, and warehouse processes.
• Ability to create process documentation, test scripts, issue logs, and demo scenarios.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good to Have
• SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, or support experience.
• Experience with Fiori applications.
• Basic understanding of CDS Views and Embedded Analytics.
• Exposure to custom developments, interfaces, forms, and enhancements.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, metal, fabrication, industrial, or plant-based industries.
