AI Content Producer (Short + Long Form)

We're a health & aesthetics brand (keptlab.com) building a high-volume, high-craft content engine.

We're looking for one person who can make our content end-to-end — script, visuals, voiceover, edit - and own our output across YouTube (long form) and Instagram (short form).

This is not a \"video editor\" role. It's a one-person AI studio. You take an idea and ship a finished video - using AI to do the work of a whole team. If you already build with AI tools every day and get genuinely excited when a new image model drops, read on.

What you'll do

• Write the script from a content angle or hook
• Generate the visuals with AI image models (before/afters, portraits, b-roll)
• Produce voiceovers in ElevenLabs (voice selection, pacing, direction)
• Edit and assemble the finished videos
• Design thumbnails and supporting graphics in Canva / Figma
• Cut every piece into a long-form YouTube version AND short-form Instagram/Reels/TikTok versions
• Own the content calendar, hit a weekly volume target, and report on what's landing

You must be able to

• Use Claude (and other AI assistants) as a daily co-worker — prompting and iterating, not just chatting
• Generate and direct AI imagery to a consistent brand look (a real skill - most people produce slop)
• Write tight, punchy short-form scripts
• Run ElevenLabs for voiceover
• Edit fluently and design in Canva
• Work self-sufficiently - you get a goal, not a babysitter
