Role Description The Certification Program Manager is a part-time, remote role responsible for designing, managing, and improving AI Guru’s certification programs for professionals at various levels. This role oversees certification curriculum development, updates content in collaboration with subject-matter experts, and ensures alignment with industry standards and AI Guru’s Build–Train–Govern framework. The Certification Program Manager coordinates certification logistics, including candidate registration, scheduling, exam administration, and digital credential issuance. Day-to-day work includes monitoring program performance, analyzing participant feedback, reporting key metrics, and driving continuous improvement across all certification offerings. The role also involves collaborating with sales, marketing, and client success teams to support enterprise clients, maintain partner relationships, and expand the reach and impact of AI Guru’s certification portfolio.

Qualifications

• Program and project management skills, including certification lifecycle planning, timeline management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience with curriculum or learning program development, instructional design, and assessment or exam design.
• Skills in data analysis, reporting, and use of dashboards or spreadsheets to track learner outcomes and program performance.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), certification or credentialing platforms, and digital badging tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document processes, create guidelines, and collaborate across global teams.
• Background in education, training, professional development, or certification management; experience in technology or AI-related domains is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Education, Business, Technology, or a related discipline), or equivalent practical experience.
• Understanding of AI concepts, enterprise technology, or governance frameworks is beneficial but not strictly required.
