Partnership & Affiliate Executive
Job Description
We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Partnerships & Affiliates Lead to build,
scale, and own our partner ecosystem. This role will be responsible for driving high-impact
collaborations, affiliate programs, and revenue-generating partnerships.
You will work closely with leadership to create a repeatable and scalable partner motion,
focusing on sourcing, closing, and managing strategic alliances.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Build and execute structured partnerships and affiliate growth strategy.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-value partners aligned with business goals
• Source partnership opportunities including affiliates, vendors, and strategic collaborators
• Own end-to-end deal lifecycle - outreach, negotiation, and closure
• Drive revenue through affiliate channels and partnerships
• Track and optimize partner performance metrics
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders, including CFO-level executives
• Structure partnership agreements, commercials, and contracts
• Ensure mutually beneficial and scalable deal frameworks
• Create repeatable systems, playbooks, and workflows for partnerships
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 2+ Years of experience in Business Development/Partnerships
• Proven track record of closing partnerships and driving revenue
• Strong experience in affiliate marketing or partner ecosystems
• Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Experience in contract structuring and deal-making
• Highly execution-focused with ownership mindset
