The company emphasizes full legal compliance and consistent performance in meeting commitments.\n\nRole Description\nThe Property Manager / Facility Manager (Residential) will oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and administration of residential properties to ensure safe, efficient, and well-maintained facilities. This full-time, on-site role is based in Hyderabad, Chennai and Bengaluru and includes coordinating building maintenance activities, supervising facility staff, and managing service vendors in line with company standards.

The role involves monitoring budgets, approving expenditures, and ensuring timely procurement of materials and services. The manager will handle resident communications, respond to service requests, enforce property rules, and maintain records related to maintenance, compliance, and safety.
