We are looking for a confident and energetic Social Media Content Creator who can represent our brand and client brands on camera and create engaging content across various social media platforms.
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Content Creator with excellent communication skills and a strong on-camera presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for presenting content, creating engaging videos, delivering scripts confidently, and becoming the face of our social media channels.
The candidate should be comfortable speaking in front of the camera, explaining concepts clearly, and collaborating with content strategists, designers, and video editors to create impactful content that drives engagement and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
On-Camera Content Creation
%CF; Present and deliver content confidently for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels.
%CF; Record educational, promotional, awareness, and brand-building videos.
%CF; Explain digital marketing, branding, business, and industry-related topics in a clear, engaging, and audience-friendly manner.
%CF; Maintain a professional and energetic on-screen presence.
Content Execution
%CF; Work closely with the Content Strategy and Creative teams to understand scripts and campaign objectives.
%CF; Follow scripts accurately while maintaining a natural and engaging delivery style.
%CF; Participate in rehearsals, multiple takes, and content reviews to ensure quality output.
%CF; Adapt tone, pace, and presentation style based on the target audience and platform.
Social Media Engagement
%CF; Create short-form and long-form video content, including reels, stories, interviews, testimonials, and promotional videos.
%CF; Stay updated with social media trends and suggest innovative content ideas.
%CF; Participate in content brainstorming sessions and contribute creative concepts.
%CF; Support campaign launches and brand awareness initiatives through video content.
Collaboration & Production Support
%CF; Collaborate with content writers, designers, videographers, and editors to create engaging content.
%CF; Assist in pre-production activities such as script reviews, content planning, and shoot preparation.
%CF; Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
%CF; Respond positively to feedback and continuously improve presentation skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

%CF; Familiarity with Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn Videos, and other social media formats.

%CF; Experience creating personal or professional social media content is an added advantage.
