Role Overview:
We are looking for a Content Writer to support our marketing and communication efforts, specifically for clients in the trade-show and exhibition industry. You’ll be responsible for researching, drafting, and refining high-quality content to drive brand visibility, increase exhibitor participation, and enhance visitor engagement for our client events.
You will work closely with the content, design, and account management teams to turn briefs into impactful social media posts, emailers, and marketing collaterals.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
1. Content Research
• Research exhibition themes, target audiences, industries, and competitors.
• Identify trending topics, campaigns, and opportunities for fresh content.
• Study past event data and competitive events to guide content direction.
2. Copywriting
• Write clear, engaging, and on-brand content primarily for social media posts.
• Assist in writing emailers, ads, brochures, landing pages, and basic scripts.
• Develop CTAs that improve audience interaction and engagement.
3. Content Creation
• Create 12–15 social media copies per week across client brands.
• Support the team with basic content for scripts, videos, emailers, etc.
• Maintain consistency in tone, structure, and messaging.
Key Skills:
• Excellent writing & grammar, Research-driven approach
• Basic understanding of social media formats
• Willingness to learn content marketing strategies
• Ability to work under deadlines, Good time & task management
Preferred Knowledge Areas:
• Social media trends and platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Basics of trade-show & event marketing
• Content tools like Grammarly, ChatGPT, Canva (optional)
Work Type:
• Full-Time (Work from Office)
• Working Days: Monday to Alternate Saturday
• Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM (with flexibility during high-delivery days)
