Role Overview
We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Art Director with 4–6 years of experience in print and digital media design. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently conceptualizing and executing brand communication across multiple platforms while maintaining strong visual consistency and high creative standards.
The candidate must possess a strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, visual storytelling, and production processes across both traditional and digital mediums.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently conceptualize, design, and execute creative communication for brands across:
- Social media creatives
- Digital campaigns
- Website & digital assets
- Video/static campaign adaptations
- Translate marketing and brand strategies into compelling visual communication.
- Develop creative layouts, typography systems, and design directions aligned with brand guidelines.
- Deliver final artworks and production-ready files within deadlines.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all communication mediums.
- Stay updated with current design trends, digital formats, AI-assisted creative workflows, and emerging visual styles.
- Handle multiple brands and projects simultaneously with strong time-management skills.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative campaign ideas.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Figma
- Canva (preferred)
- Basic motion/video understanding is an added advantage
- Strong understanding of:
- Digital media formats
- Typography & layout systems
- Color theory & branding
- UI-sensitive visual design
- Ability to independently manage projects from concept to final execution.
- Excellent visual aesthetic and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in any or any qualified education
- Applied Arts
- Graphic Design
- Visual Communication
- Multimedia Design
- Or equivalent creative discipline
- Candidates from reputed design institutes are preferred.
Work Experience
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in:
- Advertising agencies
- Creative studios
- Branding agencies
- Digital communication agencies
- Experience working on reputed national or international brands across sectors such as lifestyle, finance, FMCG, hospitality, luxury, automobile, real estate, or entertainment will be preferred.
- A strong portfolio showcasing:
- Digital Brand Campaign execution
- Multi-platform communication
- Creative conceptualization
- Final artwork delivery capabilities
