About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Creative Copywriter to shape the voice, messaging, and storytelling of Holistic Therapist Gayathri across all audience touchpoints. This role will be responsible for transforming ideas, coaching, insights, and transformational experiences into compelling content that builds trust, strengthens thought leadership, drives audience engagement, and supports business growth.

The ideal candidate combines exceptional storytelling ability with a deep understanding of audience psychology, enabling them to craft content that informs, inspires, and influences action across multiple platforms and formats.


Key Responsibilities

•Own the voice, messaging, and storytelling of the Holistic Therapist Gayathri brand across all audience touchpoints.

•Develop compelling narratives that communicate the brand‘s philosophy, teachings, programs, and transformational outcomes in a clear, engaging, and impactful manner.

•Transform complex teachings, transformational frameworks, and personal development concepts into clear, relatable, and engaging content that resonates with audiences and inspires action.

•Conceptualize and craft high-impact scripts, stories, campaigns, and content experiences across podcasts, long-form content, short-form content, webinars, launches, and digital platforms.

•Lead messaging development for programs, launches, webinars, campaigns, sales assets, and audience engagement initiatives.

•Partner closely with the founder to transform expertise, insights, teachings, and lived experiences into thought leadership content that strengthens authority and audience trust.

•Identify, extract, and amplify customer stories, transformations, testimonials, and community experiences to create authentic and impactful content.

•Collaborate with the Content Strategist & Researcher to convert audience insights, research findings, and content opportunities into compelling communication and storytelling.

•Shape content angles, hooks, titles, messaging frameworks, and narrative structures that improve audience engagement and content performance.

•Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, storytelling, and communication standards across all content formats and channels.

•Stay informed on audience behaviour, content trends, cultural conversations, and digital storytelling practices to continuously evolve the brand‘s communication strategy.

•Work collaboratively with creative, design, video, social media, and marketing teams to bring content concepts and campaigns to life.


Requirements

•3-6 years of experience in Copywriting, Brand Storytelling, Content Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, or a related field.

•Experience creating content for multiple formats, including social media, video content, email marketing, campaigns, and long-form content.

•Strong understanding of the coaching, personal development or knowledge based industry.

•Experience working with founders, coaches, speakers, facilitators, personal brands, or content led organizations is highly preferred.

•Strong understanding of digital content platforms, audience behaviour, and content trends.

•A portfolio demonstrating high quality copywriting, storytelling, campaign development, and content creation across multiple formats.
