Detailed JD-Role and Responsibilities would be to manage the Service Now applications in Banking.
• ServiceNow regular upgrades, Banking-Client merger initiatives.
• Manage the Servicenow IT activities coordinating with Banking Internal Stakeholders as well as vendors teams onboarded by Banking.
• PMO activities related to Banking.
• Release Management of Service Now Applications and Integrated Tools.
• Manage the Automation and AI initiatives for Servicenow in Banking.
