As an Area Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our LAP-Sales department. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing strategies to increase loan disbursals, while also mentoring and guiding a team of sales executives.   • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of successful sales performance and meeting targets.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of loan products, especially Loan Against Property, is preferred.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel for business purposes.
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales executives, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase loan disbursals and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to align sales efforts and enhance customer experience.
  • Stay updated with industry developments and best practices in loan against property sales.
  • Train and mentor new sales executives, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent.
  • Represent the bank at industry events and conferences, building a positive brand image.
