The Elite Banker-Household-Outbound role is a critical position within our Branch Banking-Relationship Management department. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our high-net-worth individual (HNI) clients, offering tailored financial solutions and ensuring their banking needs are met. This role requires a proactive and client-centric approach, with a focus on outbound sales and relationship building.
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in relationship management or private banking, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • A proactive and client-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide insightful recommendations.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a high-value client portfolio effectively.
  • Proficiency in using banking software and tools for client relationship management.
  • A self-motivated and results-driven mindset, with a passion for achieving goals.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to the dynamic nature of the banking industry.
  • Build and manage a portfolio of HNI clients, understanding their financial goals and requirements.
  • Proactively reach out to potential and existing clients to offer tailored banking solutions and services.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new HNI clients and expand the bank's market share.
  • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through excellent service and timely resolution of queries.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and new financial products to provide relevant advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of banking services and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and events to strengthen relationships and showcase the bank's capabilities.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, analyses, and recommendations to clients, ensuring transparency and trust.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all client interactions.
  • Continuously develop your knowledge and skills to stay ahead of the industry trends and best practices.
