The Elite Banker-Household-Outbound role is a critical position within our Branch Banking-Relationship Management department. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our high-net-worth individual (HNI) clients, offering tailored financial solutions and ensuring their banking needs are met. This role requires a proactive and client-centric approach, with a focus on outbound sales and relationship building.
- A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in relationship management or private banking, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

- Prepare and present financial reports, analyses, and recommendations to clients, ensuring transparency and trust.
