DC operation lead

Support and Mange APAC DCS Operations team:

• Support Change and Incident Routines
• Provide Access Reviews and Controls
• Drive deliverable and SLA with Managed Service entities
• Routine visits to the data hall (we can work on contract for transportation is required)

Monitoring hosting locations facilities

• Review monthly Colo vendor reports.
• Performance scorecard review for EVM for high-rise and enterprise critical facilities
• Annual review of Vendor Level Risk Assessment (VLRA) with EVM
• Coordinate facility's critical events, eg Loss of Utility Test (LOUT)

BCP:

• Review and update annual BIA, BRP, TRP and TPI documentations.
• BRP team's co-ordinations
• BRP update and submission.

Audits and Assessments:

• Support internal, external and regulatory audits – data collection and reviews.
• Annual Facility Risk Assessment (FRA) review

Automation:

• Needs to know python to support some of the existing automation
• Improve operations by developing new automation
