SAP CPI CONSULTANT- PUNE
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) Consultant to join our team and support integration initiatives between SAP and non-SAP systems using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SAP CPI/iFlow development, interface design, and troubleshooting in a cloud environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain interfaces using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI / SAP BTP Integration Suite).
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical integration specifications.
Configure and develop integration content (iFlows, mappings, adapters, etc.) in CPI.
Work on A2A and B2B integrations between SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, and third-party systems.
Monitor and troubleshoot integration scenarios using the SAP CPI monitoring tools.
Develop custom logic using Groovy scripts, JavaScript, and XSLT within iFlows.
Collaborate with functional consultants, technical teams, and business users to ensure integration solutions meet requirements.
Maintain integration documentation, technical specifications, and interface inventory.
Participate in solution architecture discussions and recommend best practices for integration design.
Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP BTP features and recommend improvements where applicable.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP CPI / BTP Integration Suite.
Experience in developing and deploying iFlows using various adapters (HTTP, IDoc, SOAP, OData, SFTP, etc.).
Strong knowledge of Groovy scripting, XML, XSLT, JSON, and Web Services.
Good understanding of SAP modules like S/4HANA, ECC, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, etc.
Experience with API Management, OAuth2, Certificates, and security in CPI.
Familiarity with Cloud Connector, SAP API Business Hub, and Open Connectors.
Experience with version control tools like Git and CI/CD practices (optional but preferred).
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP Certification in SAP BTP Integration Suite or related modules.
Experience with SAP PI/PO or migration from PI/PO to CPI.
Familiarity with Event-Driven Architecture, Integration Advisor, or Process Orchestration.
Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodology.
