We are seeking a qualified and patient-focused Cosmetologist to join our aesthetic and dermatology practice. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in advanced aesthetic procedures and a passion for delivering personalized skincare solutions. This role involves performing non-surgical cosmetic treatments, educating patients on suitable treatment plans, and providing professional consultations to ensure the highest standards of patient care and satisfaction.

As a Cosmetologist, you will work closely with dermatologists and clinic staff to deliver safe, effective, and result-oriented aesthetic treatments while building strong patient relationships through expert guidance and counseling.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic and cosmetic procedures, including PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) and GFC (Growth Factor Concentrate) treatments, in accordance with established clinical protocols.
• Conduct detailed patient consultations to understand skincare concerns, medical history, and treatment expectations.
• Recommend customized aesthetic treatment plans based on individual patient needs and clinical assessments.
• Educate patients about available cosmetic procedures, expected outcomes, post-treatment care, and maintenance plans.
• Provide professional counseling to help patients make informed decisions regarding aesthetic treatments.
• Monitor patient progress and schedule follow-up consultations to evaluate treatment effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate patient records, treatment documentation, and clinical notes.
• Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and infection control standards during all procedures.
• Collaborate with dermatologists and clinic staff to deliver a seamless and high-quality patient experience.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements, technologies, and best practices in cosmetology and aesthetic medicine.
• Build long-term patient relationships by delivering exceptional service and personalized care.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Bachelor's degree, diploma, or certification in Cosmetology, Aesthetic Medicine, or a related healthcare discipline.
• Proven experience performing aesthetic treatments such as PRP, GFC, and other non-invasive cosmetic procedures.
• Strong knowledge of aesthetic dermatology, skincare treatments, and cosmetic procedures.
• Excellent patient counseling and consultation skills with the ability to explain treatment options clearly.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centric approach.
• Ability to assess patient needs and recommend suitable aesthetic solutions.
• Knowledge of skincare products, post-procedure care, and treatment protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high clinical and ethical standards.
