Job Description
In-depth skill in HVAC systems and facility energy utilities. Comprehensive knowledge of advanced energy audits, decarbonization feasibility studies, and retrofit assessments. Proficiency with energy modeling and simulation software (e.g., Trace 3D Plus, eQuest). In-depth skill in energy management, energy-efficient technologies, sustainable design principles and emerging high-performance alternatives. In-depth skill in various ECMs implementation for improved energy savings and performance in existing buildings. Experience with building automation and control systems. Proven skills in retrofits and upgrades of building equipment, focusing on electrification and heat pump technologies. Provide creative solutions to technical challenges. Proficient in Technical report writing and Data analysis. Train and support entry-level and mid-level energy engineers. Advanced knowledge of Excel and proficiency in other MS Office Programs. Energy related credential is an added advantage (e.g., CEA, CEM ) Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Skills & Abilities
Expert Knowledge of computer assisted design and drafting (CADD) 3D and 4D software and practices. Expert Knowledge of engineer principles of design. Expert Knowledge of Microsoft business software (excel, word, etc.). Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Masters or Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines8+ Years of related experience
