1. Alternate Revenue Strategy & Monetization

  • Lead monetization of airport real estate and non-aero assets, including:
    • Airline office spaces
    • Bank/ATM kiosks & financial services
    • Baby care rooms & passenger amenities
    • Commercial spaces across terminals & landside zones
  • Identify and develop new revenue streams leveraging passenger insights, footfall patterns, and space optimization
  • Drive leasing strategy, commercials, and yield optimization across all identified assets
  • Benchmark with leading airports, malls, and commercial hubs to unlock incremental revenue

2. Business Development & Leasing

  • Source, evaluate, and onboard high-quality partners/operators across categories
  • Structure and close commercial deals, contracts, and partnerships
  • Build a strong pipeline of brands, operators, and service providers
  • Ensure maximum space productivity (SPSM) and optimal mix of tenancy

3. P&L Ownership & Revenue Delivery

  • Own and deliver annual revenue targets for alternate revenue portfolio
  • Drive profitability, cost optimization, and ROI across assets
  • Monitor performance through data-led insights, KPIs, and dashboards

4. Operations & Execution

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of all alternate revenue assets
  • Ensure timely fit-outs, readiness, and operational compliance of leased spaces
  • Work closely with internal teams (Projects, MEP, Operations, Finance) to ensure seamless execution
  • Maintain high service standards and passenger experience alignment

5. Stakeholder Management

  • Manage and influence internal stakeholders (Airport Operations, Projects, Finance, CX teams)
  • Engage with external partners, CXOs, brand heads, airline representatives, and institutional partners
  • Drive cross-functional alignment to enable faster decision-making and execution

6. Market Intelligence & Innovation

  • Track market trends across airports, malls, and travel retail ecosystems
  • Introduce innovative commercial concepts and partnerships
  • Leverage consumer insights to enhance commercial performance and passenger engagement
