Shift Engineer - Test Engineering
Responsible for overseeing tester productivity, yield, and false call rate monitoring while ensuring timely resolution of KPI gaps. Supporting tester maintenance, fine-tuning, changeovers, and NPI/mass production validation activities, the role works with RF testers and test instruments, contributing to continuous improvement efforts and collaborating with local and global teams to address troubleshooting and installation issues.

You have:
- Engineering degree or diploma with 8-10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with structural equipment, including SPEA FPT, Keysight ICT, and Data I/O PSV5000/7000.
- Experience in asset transfer processes, including physical inventory, tester validation, packing, and shipping.
- Hands-on experience supporting global teams with tester installation and breakdown issues at EMS sites.
- Expertise in troubleshooting tester issues, particularly RF filters, TRX PCBAs, and radio unit testing.
It would be nice if you also had:
- Experience supporting NPI/TPI projects, including RFQ activities and recycle evaluations.
- Familiarity with test instrument calibration management and preparation of executive summary and MIS reports.
- Monitor tester productivity, yield, and false call rates, ensuring KPI gaps are resolved in a timely manner.
- Provide maintenance support for RF testers and instruments, with a focus on 4G/5G technologies and optimal performance.
- Support tester changeovers, including IC programming and unit test adjustments, to meet production requirements.
- Contribute to spare maintenance and manage critical spare shortages to minimize downtime.
- Perform fine-tuning and maintenance of RF test platforms to improve tester uptime and reduce false call rates.
- Participate in NPI and mass production tester installation, validation, and production readiness activities.
- Support troubleshooting and improvement of RF tester calibration and performance.
