Role Overview


We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & Partnerships Executive who will be responsible for managing social media presence, content execution, and creator partnerships for our brands.


The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, content formats, influencer ecosystem, and be able to create engaging brand presence across platforms.


Key Responsibilities


Social Media Management


  • Manage social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels

  • Plan and execute social media calendars

  • Create content ideas, captions, and content strategies

  • Coordinate with designers, editors, and internal teams for content creation

  • Ensure consistent brand communication across platforms

  • Track trends and identify opportunities for viral/relevant content


Content & Brand Growth


  • Develop creative content ideas for URPopular and other company brands

  • Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and campaigns

  • Help build brand identity and online presence

  • Analyze content performance and suggest improvements

  • Stay updated with social media trends and platform changes


Creator Partnerships


  • Identify and reach out to relevant creators and communities

  • Collaborate with influencers for brand growth initiatives

  • Manage creator communication and partnerships

  • Build relationships with creators, communities, and industry pages

  • Explore collaboration opportunities for brand visibility


Marketing Support


  • Support marketing campaigns and brand initiatives

  • Assist in creating case studies, announcements, and promotional content

  • Coordinate with internal teams for brand campaigns

  • Contribute ideas for partnerships and growth initiatives


Required Skills & Experience


  • 0–3 years of experience in social media, content marketing, influencer marketing, or digital marketing

  • Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Reels, and content trends

  • Good creative thinking and content sense

  • Strong communication skills

  • Basic understanding of influencer collaborations

  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines

  • Good writing and storytelling skills


Preferred Background


  • Experience with digital agencies, influencer marketing, startups, or social media brands preferred

  • Familiarity with content creation tools is a plus
