About Position:
We are seeking an experienced Network Architect to design and deliver robust, scalable, and secure enterprise network solutions across cloud and on‑prem environments. This role focuses on driving innovation, automation, and service excellence while supporting large-scale transformations, cloud adoption, and M&A integration initiatives.

What You'll Do:
- Lead and support RFPs, solution defense, and large-scale transition and transformation projects
- Design and deliver enterprise network architectures across LAN, WAN, Data Center, and Cloud environments
- Collaborate with presales, sales, and delivery teams to align solutions with business and customer requirements
- Lead, mentor, and guide network specialists and SMEs across projects
- Define and implement best practices for network service delivery, standardization, and optimization
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including CIOs, IT leaders, and partners
- Drive service improvement, innovation, and customer satisfaction across accounts
- Develop High-Level Designs (HLD) and guide Low-Level Designs (LLD)
- Analyze existing network architectures and recommend enhancements and modernization strategies
- Establish governance, reporting, escalation frameworks, and service roadmaps
- Support M&A due diligence, transition planning, and integration execution
- Handle L3 escalations, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures
- Ensure compliance with security standards, audits, and real-time threat mitigation
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate advanced technical escalations
- Maintain network documentation, configuration backups, and IP inventory
- Evaluate new technologies for performance, scalability, and security improvements
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Design, deploy, and troubleshoot enterprise-level routing and switching (BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VRFs, MPLS).
- Architect and govern high-availability solutions (redundant links, load-balancing, failover).
- Manage WAN technologies (MPLS, SD-WAN, VPN, QoS, VoIP) and Layer 2/3 networks.
- Configure and maintain Catalyst and Nexus switches for data center and enterprise environments including software upgrades (IOS/AOS-CX/NX-OS)
- Perform network audits and assessments ensuring compliance with architectural standards.
- Manage Data Center network technologies like Cisco Nexus, ACI, NSX-T, Load Balancer, Global/Private DNS, Infoblox etc.
- Manage & understanding of Network Monitoring & Observability tools like SolarWinds, Logic Monitor, Splunk or Grafana etc.
- Configure and manage Palo Alto, FortiGate, and Cisco ASA/FTD firewalls.
- Implement advanced firewall rules, IPS/IDS, and VPN configurations and manage security logs using management software packages such as Palo Alto Panaroma, FortiManager and/or Forti Analyzer.
- Implement & troubleshoot the issues on Palo Alto, Panaroma or Strata cloud, Prisma Access etc.
- Optimize firewall performance and perform policy audits.
- Network security modernization initiatives which include understanding the SASE, ZIA, ZPA & ZDX, Palo Alto Prisma Access etc.
- Deploy and maintain Wireless networks using Cisco WLCs, Meraki Dashboard, Aruba Central and access-points (Must have).
- Implement, configure and operate Cisco ISE/Aruba CPPM for secure network access control (NAC).
- Design wireless architectures ensuring scalability, coverage, and security posture.
- Expertise in hybrid cloud setups, cloud connectivity (e.g., AWS Direct Connect, Azure ExpressRoute), and cloud-native networking services across AWS/Azure/GCP, deal with On Prem to cloud migration activities.
- Knowledge of network automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Python scripting, and related frameworks.
- Understanding of virtualization (VMware), Citrix, M365, compute/storage, backups, datacenter technologies.
- Experience with F5 load balancers.
- Experience with business continuity, disaster recovery, and HA architectures.
- More than 15 years of experience in Network technology
- Certifications: CCNP, Fortinet NSE 4/5/6/7 (preferred), Aruba ACMP (preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively under pressure.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities.
