Role Overview
We are seeking for a marketing professional to drive the growth and visibility of our regional music portfolio. This role blends creativity, strategy, partnerships, and execution to build impactful campaigns that connect artists and music with audiences across platforms and communities.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive regional marketing efforts by translating local audience trends and cultural insights into impactful music marketing campaigns.
• Conceptualize and execute innovative digital campaigns that drive music discovery, engagement, and fan growth.
• Build and nurture relationships with artists, creators, media partners, fan communities, and platform partners.
• Drive strategic collaborations across social media, OTT, radio, television, and short form video ecosystems.
• Lead end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams, agencies, and external stakeholders.
• Monitor competitor activity, audience behavior, and campaign performance to optimize marketing effectiveness.
• Champion a culture-first approach to storytelling, helping music resonate authentically with regional audiences.
