Sales Development Representative (SDR)
About the Role

We're looking for self-motivated individuals who enjoy starting conversations, building relationships, and creating new business opportunities.

Whether you're a fresher looking to kickstart your career in sales or someone with 6–12 months of experience in SaaS or Shopify sales, this role will give you the opportunity to learn, grow, and work directly with fast-growing ecommerce brands.

Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and research potential customers and key decision-makers within target accounts.
  • Build and maintain prospect lists across Shopify and D2C brands.

Cold Outreach

  • Engage prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
  • Generate interest and qualify opportunities for the sales team.

Qualification & Relationship Building

  • Understand prospect challenges and business goals.
  • Build relationships and nurture opportunities through consistent follow-up.

Pipeline Management

  • Maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Track outreach activities and manage follow-up schedules.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with Account Executives and Customer Success teams.
  • Help drive qualified meetings and pipeline growth.

Performance

  • Consistently work towards monthly activity and meeting targets.
  • Contribute to overall revenue growth through quality pipeline generation.
Qualifications
  • Freshers who are hungry to learn, communicate confidently, and build a career in sales are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates with 6–12 months of experience in SaaS sales, Shopify sales, SDR, BDR, lead generation, or outbound prospecting will have an advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable speaking with prospects over calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
  • Curious, self-driven, and willing to learn from feedback.
  • Organised, disciplined, and able to manage follow-ups consistently.
  • Comfortable working towards the activity and meeting targets.
  • Experience working with Shopify, e-commerce, or D2C brands is a plus, but not mandatory.
