Job Description
Role Pupose-\nRecruitment, Onboarding, Induction of new hires, Office Administration, Facility Management, Vendor management, Procurement & Sourcing, Plant HR, MIS & accounting, communication, lenient, proficient in MS-excel, MS-word\n\nRoles & Responsibilities-\nRecruitment & Talent Acquisition for Plant/factory level hirings,\nManpower management- Category bifurcation,\n'- Manage the administration function for locations , including facilities & infrastructure of the location\n- Manage accounting of admin expenses\n- Procure & Manage Supervise office stock for Pantry, Canteen, Stationery, Office consumables and basic IT consumables.\n- Security management for location\n- Manage, train and supervise all Support Staff for Admin vertical\n- Vendor management (accounting, procurement & follow up part only)\n- Manage front office\n- Manage Mobility and Landline connectivity\n- Manage company vehicles/Employee vehicles- R&M, Compliance, Insurance and lifecycle management\n-Facilitate In-house/on-call Cab services- end to end management for 24x7 support\n- Manage Travel/Guest House/Hotel Booking for guests/visitors end-to-end from booking to bill payment\n- Ensure daily admin routines and preventive maintenance of office equipment, infrastructure and facilities\n'- Manage all MIS pertains to HO except overhead cost\n- Procure, Record and Manage Govern admin assets for location.\n'- Ensure compliance and appraisal for contractual manpower management (Admin personnel only)\n- Manage AMC/Rent/Service Contracts for Locations\n- Manage Admin related compliances for Location as per company policies\n-Manage Internal Audits up to closure of NC's each year\n- Onboard Vendors-stage -1 for location and make PR-level-1 for Location\n'- Assist admin manager to identify technology to simplify administrative processes, and oversee implementation\n- Implement initiatives to make administrative process more efficient from time to time as per Company Guidelines\n- Monitor and regularly review processes and policies related to admin vertical\n\nRole Requirements-\n-3-6 years of total experience,\n-Academic background- MBA/PGDM- HR/HRM (mandatory qualification)\n-Manufacturing industry background
