About the Role


Marketize is looking for an experienced Brand Account Manager / Marketing Strategist who can act as the bridge between clients, content, design and digital teams.


This is a key role for someone who has worked in an agency setup and understands how to manage multiple brands, build content calendars, coordinate with clients, track deliverables and support strategy development.


The ideal candidate should be confident, organised, fluent in English, and capable of managing both creative and client-facing responsibilities. Knowledge of Marathi will be an added advantage, especially for coordination with Maharashtra-based clients.


This role requires someone who can bring structure to daily operations while also contributing to brand thinking, campaign ideas and content planning.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage day-to-day coordination for assigned brands and clients.

  • Act as the bridge between clients, designers, content writers, digital marketers and internal leadership.

  • Create and maintain monthly content calendars in collaboration with the content and strategy team.

  • Track weekly deliverables, approvals, revisions and posting schedules.

  • Take client briefs clearly and convert them into actionable tasks for the internal team.

  • Follow up with clients for approvals, inputs, pending information and feedback.

  • Help build brand strategies, campaign ideas and monthly communication plans.

  • Ensure that every brand’s content is aligned with its positioning, tone and business goals.

  • Coordinate with the digital marketing team for ads, SEO, reports and campaign requirements.

  • Support pitch decks, proposals, brand presentations and monthly review documents.

  • Maintain client-wise trackers, calendars and task boards.

  • Identify gaps in execution and proactively solve coordination issues.

  • Ensure that timelines are respected and the team is not working in last-minute chaos.

  • Participate in internal planning meetings and client review calls.

  • Help the founder/leadership team streamline workload, priorities and delivery systems.


Skills Required


  • Strong command over written and spoken English.

  • Prior experience in an agency setup is strongly preferred.

  • Ability to manage multiple brands and timelines at the same time.

  • Good understanding of social media, branding, content calendars and campaign planning.

  • Ability to write briefs, captions, basic copy and content directions when required.

  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

  • Good client communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to understand both creative and business objectives.

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO, ads and performance reporting.

  • Knowledge of Marathi will be an added advantage.

  • Strong ownership, maturity and problem-solving ability.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving agency environment.


Preferred Candidate Profile


  • 5–6 years of experience in account management, client servicing, brand strategy, social media management or marketing coordination.

  • Prior experience working with creative agencies, digital marketing agencies or branding studios.

  • Experience handling B2B, lifestyle, manufacturing, real estate, interiors, or premium brands will be preferred.

  • Should be able to lead client conversations independently.

  • Should be structured, dependable and detail-oriented.

  • Should be comfortable preparing calendars, trackers, reports and presentations.
