Senior Developer (Agentic AI)

We are seeking a highly skilled Agentic AI Developer to contribute to the design and delivery of AI platform that powers clinical, regulatory, and enterprise decision-making workflows.

This role focuses on building agent-driven, production-grade AI solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG, and multi-agent architectures, integrated within a scalable enterprise platform.

You will work closely with Solution Architects, Product Owners, and cross-functional developer to enable reusable AI capabilities, accelerate delivery across use cases, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and enterprise standards.

Strong Python engineering experience (7+ years)

Hands-on expertise in FastAPI / backend API development

Experience building LLM/GenAI solutions in production

Familiarity with AWS Bedrock or equivalent GenAI platforms

Experience with Langfuse or LLM observability tools

Strong understanding of:

RAG architectures

Vector databases (Pinecone, OpenSearch, FAISS)

Prompt engineering and evaluation

Experience with React / modern frontend frameworks

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Software Engineer or Machine Learning Engineer.

Experience with Python document processing libraries (python-docx, PyPDF2, PyMuPDF

Knowledge of asynchronous programming in Python (asyncio)

Experience in clinical, regulatory, or life sciences domains

Exposure to GxP-compliant system development

Familiarity with: LangChain, AutoGen

Knowledge of:

Enterprise data integration

AI governance frameworks

Experience with Kubernetes, Docker
