Job Summary
Seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with hands-on expertise in SPM, CMDB, HRSD, and ITOM. The candidate should have strong ServiceNow development skills, platform customization experience, and expertise in integrations, workflows, and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript and Glide APIs.
- Configure and support SPM, CMDB, HRSD, and ITOM modules.
- Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub solutions.
- Implement Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, and CSDM best practices.
- Build REST/SOAP integrations with third-party applications.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize platform performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders during design, testing, deployment, and support.
Required Skills
- 5-10 years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong expertise in SPM, CMDB, HRSD, and ITOM.
- Hands-on experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, CSDM, IRE, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Catalog.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and XML.
- CSA certification is mandatory; CAD/CIS certifications are preferred.
