globally.\n\nThis is not a traditional operations role focused only on reporting and coordination.\n\nThis is a high-impact execution and scale role where you’ll work closely with leadership across delivery, sourcing, sales, customer success, and platform operations to help build a globally scalable operating framework.\n\nYou’ll be joining a platform that is already built, live, and being used by clients across the U.S., U.K., Europe, and the Middle East.\n\nOur core ecosystem — including the AI-Powered Talent Cloud, Deep Vetting Engine, intelligent matching systems, workflow automation environment.\n\nWhat You’ll Own\n\n- Drive operational excellence across delivery and business functions\n- Build and improve scalable workflows, SOPs, and operational systems\n- Coordinate across sourcing, sales, delivery, customer success, and leadership teams\n- Improve operational efficiency, execution velocity, and process quality\n- Support global delivery operations and client engagement workflows\n- Help build operational dashboards, reporting systems, and process intelligence\n- Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable operational improvements\n- Support hiring, onboarding,
