Job Description
- Design, develop, and support ServiceNow ITSM solutions across Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog modules.
- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and Web Services.
- Create and customize Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs, Flow Designer Flows, and Workflows.
- Implement and support inbound and outbound integrations with monitoring, HR, ERP, CMDB, cloud, and enterprise applications.
- Develop and troubleshoot APIs, data transformations, import sets, transform maps, and data synchronization processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Configure and maintain Service Catalog items, Record Producers, Approval Workflows, and SLAs.
- Support CMDB integrations and data management activities.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, UAT support, and production deployments.
- Troubleshoot platform issues, integration failures, and performance bottlenecks.
- Follow ServiceNow development best practices, governance, and security standards.
- Create technical documentation, integration design documents, and knowledge articles.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development and ITSM.
- Strong knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog modules.
- Expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and ACLs.
- Experience with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and IntegrationHub.
- Hands-on experience with MID Server, Import Sets, Transform Maps, and Data Sources.
- Knowledge of Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Integration Spokes.
- Experience working with CMDB and Discovery integrations.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
