TLM Configuration Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and support the TLM (Transaction Lifecycle Management) platform.
• Develop and maintain reconciliation workflows, matching rules, and exception management processes.
• Configure interfaces for data ingestion from multiple source systems.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into TLM configuration solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Perform system testing, UAT support, and deployment activities.
• Optimize reconciliation processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk.
• Prepare technical documentation, configuration guides, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with business users, operations teams, and developers to implement enhancements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in TLM Configuration and support.
• Hands-on experience with SmartStream TLM configuration and implementation.
• Strong understanding of transaction reconciliation, exception management, and financial operations.
• Experience in configuring matching rules, workflows, data mappings, and reports.
• Knowledge of SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments and scripting is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Banking or Financial Services domains.
• Exposure to production support and incident management.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and database concepts.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
