Job Summary:
This role is instrumental in delivering cutting-edge network technologies and solutions to customers, acting as a key customer-facing technical expert. You will be responsible for deep-diving into complex network infrastructure and application issues, providing detailed analysis and actionable recommendations. Success in this position requires a creative approach to problem-solving and effective communication to manage customer expectations and build strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Experience in the telecommunications and 5G network environments, specifically with cloud-native infrastructures and containerized network functions, is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze root causes of network and application issues.
- Develop detailed technical reports with solutions and preventative measures.
- Review historical data to identify performance trends and inform strategy.
- Collaborate with customers to resolve technical challenges remotely and onsite.
- Propose and implement corrective action plans for network optimization.
- Extensive experience with Kubernetes lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code methodologies.
- Strong understanding of 5G core network architecture.
