About The Job:
- This position will be part of the CSS- OU Delivery team providing (a) Transactional support to Projects (b) Working on Applications and Tools with User Acceptance tests (c) Prepare and Manage reports for Services Delivery (d) ready to manage high volume and multiple processes.
- The successful candidate would be expected to be flexible for any time zone.
- Works as part of CSS-OU Delivery Team
- Reports to the Operations Director
- Provides status updates on progress of tasks/work.
- Create, Analyze & Modify Reports for business need.
- Collaborates with Delivery Organisation for any kind of support.
- Maintain the integrity of data, working with delivery operations team.
- Running reports On Service Delivery by building analysis in *** Business Intelligence
- Review collected data for accuracy, and present findings to the Operations Director/Manager
- Excellent understanding of all tools and applications
- Manage or escalate issues and queries connected to the data collection and processing process, quickly, accurately, and professionally.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with internal support groups.
- Maintain documentation of the processes related to Report creation and analysis.
- Automate/enhance reports by utilizing VBA and ChatGPT
- Experience in Essential functions – 3-5 years
- Highly computer literate - Essential
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills – Essential
- Experience in building analysis and dashboards in Excel or other BI tool – Essential
- Knowledge of SQL and experience of running SQL queries in *** SQL developer – Good to have.
- Experience in using Tools and Application – Essential
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent planning, Organising and Presentation skills, ability to prioritize workload.
- Team player, Personal drive, Professional attitude
- Comments for Suppliers: Strictly from Bengaluru. Must be good in English communication and excel skills. Flexible with any shift.
