Essential Job Functions:

- Monitor end-user experience across devices (laptops, desktops, VDI, etc.)
- Track system performance, application issues, and network health
- Analyze real-time and historical data for incidents

Incident Detection & Troubleshooting
- Identify root causes of IT issues (slow systems, crashes, login issues)
- Use Nexthink dashboards to diagnose problems before users report them
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve incidents quickly

- Identify areas impacting productivity
- Recommend improvements in IT services
