Profile: Electrical Maintenance Supervisor-Paper-Navsari-4.2 LPA

Experience: 

5-10 Years

Salary Range: 30k to 35k

Roles: 

1. Preventive Maintenance

• Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all factory electrical equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections, testing, and maintenance of motors, drives, sensors, control panels, and electrical systems.

2. Breakdown & Corrective Maintenance

• Diagnose and rectify electrical faults to minimize production downtime.
• Troubleshoot issues related to coating machines, slitter machines, cranes, boilers, RO systems, lighting, and utility equipment.

3. Equipment Maintenance

• Maintain electrical systems of coating machines, slitting machines, cranes, weighbridges, and factory utilities.
• Ensure continuous operation of production machinery and utilities.

4. Electrical Safety

• Implement electrical safety procedures and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Conduct safety inspections and promote safe working practices.

5. Power Quality & Energy Management

• Monitor voltage, current, frequency, and power quality parameters.
• Identify opportunities for energy conservation and efficiency improvements.

6. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain maintenance logs, work orders, spare parts records, and breakdown reports.
• Submit regular reports on downtime, repairs, and maintenance activities.

7. Team Coordination

• Coordinate with production, maintenance, engineering teams, vendors, and contractors.
• Support uninterrupted production through proactive maintenance planning.

Qualification: 

Mandatory:

• Diploma / BE in Electrical Engineering

Preferred:

• Electrical Supervisor License
• Industrial Electrical Maintenance Experience
