• Site Execution & Project Management

Salary Range: 80k to 85k

Roles: 

1. Site Execution & Supervision

• Lead and supervise civil construction activities at project sites.
• Ensure project execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.

2. Environmental Infrastructure Projects

• Execute civil works related to ETP, STP, CETP, water treatment, and environmental infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and environmental engineering teams.

3. Project Planning & Coordination

• Prepare work schedules and monitor project progress.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and clients.

4. Quality Control

• Ensure construction quality and compliance with engineering standards.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor workmanship.

5. Quantity & Billing Management

• Verify quantities, measurements, and contractor bills.
• Assist in BOQ preparation and project cost monitoring.

6. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to site safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain project documentation and compliance records.

7. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Maintain site records, material consumption reports, and project documentation.

8. Problem Resolution

• Identify and resolve technical, operational, and site-related issues.
• Ensure smooth execution without delays or quality concerns.

Qualification: 

Mandatory:

• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Preferred:

• M.Tech Civil Engineering
• Certifications in Project Management or Construction Management
