Profile: Cost Accountant-Textile-Surat-4.2 LPA

Experience: 

Minimum 7 Years (mandatory in manufacturing unit)

Preferred Experience:

• Textile Manufacturing
• Yarn Manufacturing
• Fabric Manufacturing
• Process Manufacturing
• FMCG / Chemical / Engineering Manufacturing

Salary Range: 30k to 35k 

Roles: 

1. Costing & Cost Analysis

• Prepare product costing and analyze manufacturing costs.
• Monitor material, labour, and overhead costs to improve profitability.

2. Cost Control

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost control measures.
• Conduct variance analysis between standard and actual production costs.

3. Inventory & Production Costing

• Monitor inventory valuation and stock reconciliation.
• Calculate raw material consumption, WIP, and finished goods costing.

4. Budgeting & MIS

• Prepare budgets, cost reports, and MIS for management.
• Analyze production efficiency and profitability reports.

5. Cost Audit & Compliance

• Support internal and statutory cost audits.
• Ensure compliance with cost accounting standards and company policies.

6. Financial Coordination

• Coordinate with production, stores, purchase, and finance departments.
• Assist management with cost planning and pricing decisions.

7. ERP & Documentation

• Maintain costing records in ERP/accounting software.
• Prepare reports related to production costs, inventory, and operational efficiency.

Qualification: 

Mandatory:

• CMA (Cost & Management Accountant)
