Salary Range: 20k to 25k

Roles: 

1. Tender Management

• Search and identify relevant tenders through government and private procurement portals.
• Prepare tender documents and assist in bid submissions.

2. E-Procurement Activities

• Handle e-tendering and e-procurement processes.
• Upload and manage documents on GEM and other procurement portals.

3. Documentation

• Prepare, organize, and maintain technical and commercial documentation.
• Ensure timely submission of required project and tender documents.

4. AutoCAD Drafting

• Prepare and modify basic engineering drawings using AutoCAD.
• Support project teams with drafting and drawing revisions.

5. BOQ & Estimation Support

• Assist in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and supporting technical documents.
• Coordinate with engineering teams for project-related information.

6. Coordination

• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal departments regarding tender requirements.
• Follow up on tender status and project documentation.

7. Record Management

• Maintain tender records, contracts, submissions, and project documentation systematically.

Qualification: 

• BE/B.Tech Civil Engineering
• Diploma in Civil Engineering may also be considered
• Knowledge of tendering and procurement processes preferred
