About The Job:
- We are looking for a SailPoint Developer with strong hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and Identity Security Cloud (ISC) to support identity governance and administration initiatives.
- The role involves designing, developing, and implementing scalable IAM solutions aligned with enterprise security and compliance requirements
- Design and develop IAM solutions using SailPoint IIQ and ISC platforms
- Configure and c***omize SailPoint components including:
- Workflows, Rules, Policies, and Certifications
- Provisioning, Access Requests, and Role Management
- Build and maintain connectors for integrating with enterprise applications (SAP, AD, LDAP, Cloud apps, etc.)
- Develop and troubleshoot c***om Java code, Beanshell scripts, and APIs within SailPoint
- Implement identity lifecycle processes (joiner, mover, leaver)
- Support onboarding of applications and entitlement modeling
- Work closely with business and security teams to translate requirements into IAM solutions
- Perform testing, debugging, and performance tuning of solutions
- Ensure adherence to compliance and audit requirements
- Experience: 5-8 Years
- Strong development experience in:
- SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)
- SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
- Proficiency in Java, Beanshell scripting, REST/SOAP APIs
- Experience with connectors (out-of-the-box and c***om)
- Good understanding of IAM concepts (RBAC, provisioning, access certification, SOD, governance)
- Experience integrating with systems like Active Directory, LDAP, SAP, Azure AD, cloud applications
- Familiarity with SQL, XML, JSON
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Experience with cloud identity integrations (Azure AD, Okta, etc.)
- Knowledge of DevOps tools / CI-CD pipelines for IAM deployments
- Exposure to security frameworks and compliance standards (SOX, GDPR, etc.)
